How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper curation, but we do accommodate last-minute requests depending on our calendar.
Is there a travel fee?
Yes. Travel/Cleanup fee is a required add-on to every package based on mileage from central Atlanta.
What time should I schedule?
Please schedule start time as your exact time of proposal. We arrive ahead of that to set up.
How long do you need to set up?
Please arrange for 1 hour setup time when reserving your venue.
Can I choose my floral colors?
Yes. Petals and Promises lets you choose your floral colors, and The Signature Moment is available in red, white, or pink.
Do you provide photography?
We focus entirely on the physical design and curation of the moment, but we can happily provide a list of highly trusted, discreet proposal photographers in the Atlanta area upon booking.
